     ปัญหาสังคมในทุกวันนี้ ย่อมแสดงให้เห็นว่าคนเรานั้นมีปัญหาในตัวเองอยู่มาก และขยายพฤติกรรมนั้นๆ ออกไปสู่สังคมรอบข้างเรื่อยๆ ปัญหาความวิตกจริต ปัญหายาเสพติด ปัญหาคนโรคจิต ปัญหาอาชญากรรม การจี้ ปล้นชิง วิ่งราว ปัญหาการอยากได้อยากมี ปัญหาการแก่งแย่งชิงดีกัน ตลอดจนปัญหาภัยมืด “การข่มขืน” และการทำอนาจาร ..

        สำหรับปัญหาระดับมหภาคคือ ปัญหาการแย่งชิงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ปัญหาการทุจริตคอรัปชั่น ปัญหาความยากจน และปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาให้กับคนในมิติที่ถูกต้อง เรียกสั้นๆ ว่า “ปัญหาด้านการบริหารจัดการคนให้มีคุณภาพ”..
